Sample Menu'sI can not only cook to your tastes, but also according to your dietary requirements. So, if you need a low-fat meal or you’re a vegetarian, don’t worry, there are a variety of specialty entrees that you can choose. In fact, so many entrees are available, that you won’t see the same meal twice in six months unless you request a repeat of favorites. Following are just a few of the entrees that I have prepared for my clients as an example of the variety you will see on your menu:
VegetarianCheese enchiladas Roasted tomato sauce with spaghetti & fresh basil
Eggplant parmesan Tender baked eggplant layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella & parmesan cheeses
Chunky vegetable stew Sweet potatoes with zucchini, chickpeas & onions in a rosemary tomato sauce
Roasted vegetable lasagna Roasted eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and yellow bell peppers, layered with a ricotta filling, noodles, tomato sauce and topped with smoked mozzarella & parmesan cheeses
Lentil stew with vegetables Green & brown lentils simmered with diced celery, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, scallion, garlic & seasoned with soy sauce, dry white wine & herbs
Brown rice & mushroom burgers Delicious vegetarian brown rice patties with sautéed mushrooms, onions, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, herbs & spices |
