Sample Menu'sI can not only cook to your tastes, but also according to your dietary requirements. So, if you need a low-fat meal or you’re a vegetarian, don’t worry, there are a variety of specialty entrees that you can choose. In fact, so many entrees are available, that you won’t see the same meal twice in six months unless you request a repeat of favorites. Following are just a few of the entrees that I have prepared for my clients as an example of the variety you will see on your menu:
Side DishesThree-bean chili Kidney, black and garbanzo beans in a chunky tomato sauce with peppers, onions, jalapeno and spices
Refried black beans Mashed black beans with garlic, tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno chilies
Roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Steamed Brussels sprouts with a sweet sour mustard glaze with almonds
Mexican rice White rice cooked in chicken broth & seasoned with peas, carrots, onion, & tomatoes
Oven-roasted butternut squash Cubes of butternut squash, onions and dried cranberries roasted to perfection
Three alarm tofu & two-mushroom stir-fry Marinated tofu stir-fried in a hot & spicy chile sauce with two kinds of mushrooms, red bell pepper strips, scallion slivers topped with toasted sesame seeds
Sesame asparagus Oriental-style asparagus flavored with sesame oil, soy sauce & toasted sesame seeds with a splash of balsamic vinegar
Quinoa pilaf The Mother of all grains paired with wheat berries, peas, toasted almond slivers & parsley with seasonings
Twice baked potatoes Baked potato shells stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes & topped with cheddar cheese
Roasted new potatoes Quartered new potatoes roasted with garlic, rosemary, Dijon &
extra virgin olive oil Cooked macaroni with three cheese sauce and topped with sliced tomato
Steamed brown rice Couscous Fried rice |
