I can not only cook to your tastes, but also according to your dietary requirements. So, if you need a low-fat meal or you’re a vegetarian, don’t worry, there are a variety of specialty entrees that you can choose. In fact, so many entrees are available, that you won’t see the same meal twice in six months unless you request a repeat of favorites.

Kidney, black and garbanzo beans in a chunky tomato sauce with peppers, onions, jalapeno and spices

Mashed black beans with garlic, tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno chilies

Glazed Brussels sprouts

Steamed Brussels sprouts with a sweet sour mustard glaze with almonds

Cubes of butternut squash, onions and dried cranberries roasted to perfection

 

Three alarm tofu & two-mushroom stir-fry

Marinated tofu stir-fried in a hot & spicy chile sauce with two kinds of mushrooms, red bell pepper strips, scallion slivers topped with toasted sesame seeds

 

Sesame asparagus

Oriental-style asparagus flavored with sesame oil, soy sauce & toasted sesame seeds with a splash of balsamic vinegar

 

Quinoa pilaf

The Mother of all grains paired with wheat berries, peas, toasted almond slivers & parsley with seasonings

 

Twice baked potatoes

Baked potato shells stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes & topped with cheddar cheese

 

Roasted new potatoes

Quartered new potatoes roasted with garlic, rosemary, Dijon & extra virgin olive oil
