So, if you need a low-fat meal or you’re a vegetarian, don’t worry, there are a variety of specialty entrees that you can choose. In fact, so many entrees are available, that you won’t see the same meal twice in six months unless you request a repeat of favorites. Following are just a few of the entrees that I have prepared for my clients as an example of the variety you will see on your menu:
Seafood and fresh serveCajun barbecue shrimp Sautéed shrimp in a light & spicy Cajun sauce
Halibut with lemon caper butter Broiled halibut with a tarragon lemon caper sauce
Mediterranean fresh fish Baked fresh fish covered with a topping of kalamata olives, tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, lemon & feta
Fresh salmon patties Seasoned salmon patties with scallion and dill served with a cucumber sauce
Fresh salmon fillet Seasoned salmon fillet with dill, lemon pepper, fresh lemon juice & olive oil
Seafood stuffed peppers Red, green and yellow bell peppers stuffed with a spicy tomato rice, crab & shrimp meat
Tuna casserole Grilled fresh tuna, mushrooms and peas in a sherry cream sauce served over noodles & topped with breadcrumbs & parmesan |
